The Keynote Speaker was Engr. Moinul Ahsan, Additional Director (ETL), IQAC and Associate Professor & Head, Department of Textile Engineering, University of South Asia, while the Chief Guest was Prof. Dr. M. A. Wadud Mondal, Vice Chancellor, University of South Asia.

The session was Chaired by Assoc. Prof. Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Director, IQAC and Dean, South Asia School of Business, University of South Asia. Deans, Heads, Deputy Registrar, Deputy Controller of Examinations, and other faculty members attended the session. The speakers highlighted the ways and importance of proper maintenance of any machinery, electronic product, or computer.
