Department of Business Administration, University of South Asia, successfully conducted an industry visit to the Pottery & Handicrafts Market, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (Govt. Tourism Organization), Nabinagar, Savar, Dhaka on Saturday, 11th  October 2025.

The visit was attended by students of the Financial Accounting and Introduction to Finance courses under supervision of , Ms. Rumpa Mittro, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the BBA Program.

The objective of this visit was to provide students with practical knowledge about the manufacturing process, business operations, and marketing strategies of local pottery and handicraft industries. Students had the opportunity to observe the production techniques, cost management practices, and local marketing approaches applied by artisans and entrepreneurs.

The visit was highly beneficial as it enriched students’ understanding of real-life business practices and helped them connect theoretical learning with industrial applications.
