Felicitation Ceremony of the New Executive Committee of South Asia Business Club 2024-2025 Held at University of South Asia

The South Asia Business Club of the University of South Asia organized a grand Felicitation Ceremony on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 11:00 am to formally honor and introduce the newly appointed Executive Committee 2024-2025. The event also marked the closing of the previous Executive Committee for 2023-2024.The event took place at the Permanent Campus of the University of South Asia and was a significant gathering of faculty, staff, and students. The ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. M. A. Wadud Mondal, Honorable Vice Chancellor, University of South Asia. He emphasized the importance of student-led initiatives in fostering leadership and professional growth.

The event was graced by special guests, including: Mr. Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Registrar; Professor Irshad Ahmed Shaheen, Dean, School of Arts and Culture; Professor Mohammad Mobarak Hossain, Dean, School of Engineering; Associate Professor Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun,Dean, South Asia School of Business and Chief Advisor, South Asia Business Club; Mr. Johurul Islam Jewel, Deputy Registrar and Head of HR, University of South Asia. In attendance were key faculty members of the South Asia School of Business, including: Mr. Md. Karimul Alam, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Business Administration and Advisor, South Asia Business Club; Mr. Jayanta Fakir, Assistant Professor and Coordinator, MBA Program; Ms. Rawkatun Nur, Assistant Professor and Head of Communication; and Ms. Rumpa Mittro, Lecturer and Coordinator, BBA Program and Moderator, South Asia Business Club. The heads and faculty members of other departments, along with non-academic staff, also attended the event to show their support for the club's initiatives and to encourage student participation in extracurricular activities. A cultural program was performed by the club members at the end.
