Md. Anwar Hossain is a physician and obtained his post-graduation, Master of Public Health from Mymensingh Medical College, BSMMU in January, 2019. He starts his career as a teacher in the Department of community medicine from 2016. He worked in the Anwer khan Modern Medical College from 2016 to 2017, and Medical College for Women and Hospital in 2019 in the Department of community medicine as Lecturer. He also worked as Guest teacher in Public Health Department in Open University, Bangladesh.

Currently he is an Assistant professor in the Department of community medicine in International Medical College, Tongi, and Gazupir. Dr. Anwar has several publications in different reputed journal of Bangladesh. His research interests are environmental health and non-communicable diseases in developing countries including Bangladesh.
