Required Documents for Additional Waivers
For Sibling Quota:
- Application for Sibling Quota (addressed to the Vice-Chancellor)
- Warisan Certificate from Union Parishad, Pourashava (Municipality), or City Corporation ward councilor office
- Birth Certificate or NID copy of the applicant
- NID copy of the applicant's parents
For Spouse Quota:
- Application for Spouse Quota (addressed to the Vice-Chancellor)
- Marriage Certificate
- NID copy of the applicant's husband/wife
