Registered students of Spring-2025 who could not appear or missed one or more course(s) Midterm Exam in the Spring-2025 are required to collect & submit paper based makeup application form.

Application Procedure:
Students are advised to ‘collect and submit makeup application form’ as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Paper base form
2. Application Form Collection & Submission Procedure: Students are advised to collect Makeup Examination Application Form from the Respective Department/Student Welfare Office and duly fill up & signed it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the makeup exam application fees @ rate per course Tk. 1000/- at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office/Bkash/Nogod etc.
4. Application Deadline: 21 March, 2025, Friday.
5. Make Up Examination Date & Day: 21, 22 and 23 March, 2025, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
   Note: NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIT IN THE MAKEUP EXAM WITHOUT PAYMENT.
