MIDTERM EXAM ROUTINE OF SUM 2023

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is for your kind information and necessary action for all concerned that the Midterm Examination Schedule of Summer Semester 2023 is going to be Published in the University of South Asia website/Facebook.Please find the attached pdf. file and do the needful at your end.

MIDTERM SUMMER 2023 : Special Instructions for all.

01. The Midterm Exam will be held on 14-22 July 2023.
02. All are requested to follow the Exam date & Time and Exam policy strictly.
03. Course Teacher/ Hall Invigilator's enter the exam hall 15 minutes before the start of the exam. Check the student Admit Card, ID Card, Attendance Sheet Signature and accordingly count & match the total number of Answer Script.
04. Students must show an Admit Card and Student ID Card in the Exam Hall. 'No Admit' 'No Exam' policy will be followed.
05. The Registrar's Office will ensure the logistics and resources facilities during the exam periods.
06. Building and Floor wise Office Support Staff Duty Roster may be provided by the respective Office along with mentioned their mobile Number.
Attendance Officer, please take necessary steps to conduct exams smoothly.
