Publication of Midterm Examination Schedule Spring 2024

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is for your kind information and necessary action for all concerned that the Midterm Examination Schedule of Spring Semester 2024 is going to be Published in the University of South Asia website/Facebook. Please find the attached pdf. file and do the needful at your end.

MIDTERM SPRING 2024 : Special Instructions for all.

01. The Midterm Exam will be held on 01-08 MARCH 2024.

02. All are requested to follow the Exam date & Time and Exam policy strictly.

03. Course Teacher/ Hall Invigilator's enter the exam hall 15 minutes before the start of the exam. Invigilators are requested to check the student PAYMENT CLEARANCE UPTO MIDTERM, ID Card, Attendance Sheet Signature and accordingly count & match the total number of Answer Script.

04. As per the university decision 'No Payment', 'No Exam' policy will be followed.

05. The Registrar's Office will ensure the logistics and resources facilities during the exam periods.

06. Building and Floor wise Office Support Staff Duty Roster may be provided by the respective Office along with mentioned their mobile Number.

07. Exam Control Room: Bhabhan No#2, 1st Floor(China Center). Course Teacher/ Hall Invigilator's are requested to collect Exam Questions and Answer Script 15 minutes before the start of the exam at this Control Room.
