Attention: SUMMER-2025 Registered Students and All Concerned

This is to notify that the following rules for the Semester Final Examination of Summer-2025 will be followed:

1. The Semester Final Examination of Summer-2025 will be held on 22–30 August, 2025. (If any changes occur, it will be notified later.)
2. Only students who are registered for a course will be allowed to sit for the exam. Under no circumstances will unregistered students be permitted.
3. Students are advised to download & print the admit card from their own login profile after paying the semester final installment fees.
4. If any student is found present in the Examination Hall without an Admit Card, he/she will be asked to leave. Students must display their ID card during the exam period.
5. The examination halls will be opened 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Invigilators/course teachers should be present at the examination hall gates at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time and ensure that only eligible students (i.e., those with Admit Cards) enter. Students must take their seats according to the sitting plan.
6. No programmable calculators will be allowed in the Exam Hall. Mobile phones, books, pages (khata), bags, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

The Summer-2025 registered students and all others concerned are requested to comply with the above rules. These rules must be strictly followed.
