Eligibility

Registered students who were officially absent during the final examinations due to valid reasons (e.g., medical emergency or other approved grounds) are eligible to appear in the make-up exams. Approval from the relevant academic department is mandatory.

Application Procedure

Students are advised to collect and submit the make-up application form as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Submit paper-based make-up application form.
2. Form Collection & Submission: Collect the Make-up Examination Application Form from the respective Department / Student Welfare Office, duly fill it up, sign it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt, etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the make-up exam application fees at the rate of Tk. 1000/- per course at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office / bKash / Nagad, etc.
4. Deadline: No late applications will be entertained under any circumstances.

Important Note

No one will be allowed to sit in the make-up exam without payment.

All Heads of Department / Coordinators / concerned offices are requested to take the necessary action at your end.
