Attn: Registered students who missed one or more courses Midterm Examination of Spring-2026.

Registered students of Spring-2026 who could not appear or missed one or more courses Midterm Exam in the Spring-2026 are required to collect & submit paper based makeup application form.

Application Procedure: Students are advised to ‘collect and submit makeup application form’ as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Paper base form
2. Application Form Collection & Submission Procedure: Students are advised to collect Makeup Examination Application Form from the Respective Department/Student Welfare Office and duly fill up & sign it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the makeup exam application fees @ rate per course Tk. 1000/- at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office/Bkash/Nogod etc.
4. Application Deadline: 30 March, 2026, Monday.
5. Make Up Examination Date & Day: 03 and 04 April, 2026, Friday & Saturday.

Important Note:

No students are allowed to makeup examination without submission of makeup application form along with makeup examination payment (if required) fees within the stipulated time frame.

All Head of Dept. / Coordinators / concerned offices are requested to take the necessary action at your end.
