Attn: Registered students who missed one or more courses Final Examination of SPRING - 2026.

Registered students of SPRING - 2026 who could not appear or missed one or more course(s) Final Exam in the SPRING - 2026 are required to collect & submit paper-based makeup application form.

Application Procedure:

Students are advised to collect and submit makeup application form as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Paper base form.
2. Application Form Collection & Submission Procedure: Students are advised to collect Makeup Examination Application Form from the Respective Department/Student Welfare Office and duly fill up & signed it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the makeup exam application fees @ rate per course Tk. 1000/- at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office/Bkash/Nogod etc.

Application Deadline: 05 May, 2026, Tuesday.

Make Up Examination Date & Day: 08 and 09 May, 2026, Friday & Saturday.

Note: No students are allowed to sit for makeup examination without submitting of makeup application within the stipulated time frame.

All Head of Dept. / Coordinators / concerned offices are requested to take the necessary action at your end.
