Convocation

This is for notification and information of all concerned that the 2nd Convocation of "the University of South Asia which was scheduled to be held in 2020, was approved by His Excellency the President of the Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of the university. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 pandemic situation it could not be held in 2020 or 2021. This is for information of those incumbent graduates who had registered for the 2nd Convocation that Bangobondhu International Convention Center was duly booked and all other necessary preparations for the Convocation were complete. In 2021 when the Covid-19 pandemic situation had improved to a large extent, we approached the honorable Education Minister to preside over an online Convocation, but couldn't get her consent. At present , the university is frantically trying to get a date and time from" the honorable minister for holding the approved Convocation.

"As soon as we get a time and date from the honorable Education Minister, we will" hold the promised Convocation. All aspirant graduates waiting for the Convocation are requested to wait for some more time with patience and cooperate with the university authority in this regard.
