NOTICE FOR FINAL MAKEUP EXAMINATION : SPRING 2023

Final Makeup Examination of Spring 2023 will be held on 26 & 27 May 2023, Friday & Saturday. The application form collections, submission procedures, deadlines and exam date & time are as given below.

Date of application form collections, submission and Exam date & time:

Registered students in Spring 2023 who could not appear or missed one or more course(s) Final Exam in the Spring semester 2023 are required to apply/fill up make-up application forms(Paper based/Online google line).

1. Application Procedure: Students are advised to "collect & fill-up makeup application form" as per the following procedure:

   (a) Paper based Application Form Collection: Application forms are available from the Concern Department Office/Student Welfare Office upto 22 May, 2023, Monday.

   (b) Payment: Pay the makeup exam application fees @ rate per course Tk. 1000/- at the university accounts office or Bkash/Nagad/SJIBL any branch.

   c) Submission of Paper based Application: Filled & signed up makeup application form along with payment receipt, submit to the Concern Department Office/Student Welfare Office by 22 May 2023, Wednesday.

3. Last date of Online Application (google link closed): 17 May, 2023, Wednesday.

4. Last date of paper based application form collection & submission: 22 May 2023, Monday.

5. Final Makeup Exam Date: 26 & 27 May 2023, Friday & Saturday.

Note: No students are allowed to makeup examination without submission of makeup application form either Online or paper based along with makeup examination payment fees within the stipulated time frame.
